Terms and Condition:
Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
Delivery:
Bellino Beau is unable to amend orders or combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore). Bellino Beau will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
Meet ups can be arranged upon request on every Sunday (by default) at Woodlands/Admiralty MRT or other days at other location (if possible).
There will be additional charges for the different delivery methods as indicated in the order form page as well as below:
Normal postage:
For light apparels / accessories: SGD$1.50
Additional $1.00 for every subsequent item.
For bags: SGD$2.50
For bags: SGD$2.50
Additional SGD$2.00 for every additional bags
Registered postage:
Free registered postage for orders above $120.

Defective/Faculty/Incorrect items
We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty/incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area or item received and forward the snapshot to us at bellinobeau@gmail.com within 4 days from the day that the parcel is delivered.
Please take note of the following:
Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.
Exchanges will only be done upon meet up at the nearest MRT station at your convenience.
There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
As all measurements are provided in the website, no exchange for sizes will be entertained.
Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
Product Care:
You are advised to hand wash all Bellino Beau apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
Payment:
All products will be reserved for you for 12 hours. Please indicate the mode of the payment in your order. We accept both Internet Banking and ATM transfer.
Please provide us with your transaction number or a snapshot of your ATM receipt by replying the email that has your order number given to you as the subject of your email. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe of 8 hours.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Bellino Beau to process her/ his order. Bellino Beau will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Bellino Beau would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.
